Important Information
One participant per invoice
Invoices should relate to one participant only. Multiple supports or service dates for the same participant may be included on the same invoice.
Claiming timeframes:
Please send invoices to First Avenue as soon as possible after services are delivered. The NDIS recommends submitting claims within 90 days of the support being delivered. Claims submitted more than 90 days after the service was delivered may be subject to additional NDIS integrity checks, which may delay payment or require further information or evidence.
From December 2026, the NDIA requires providers to submit invoices within 90 days of the service delivery date.
Check your invoice before sending
Please ensure the support item, service date, quantity, rate, claim type and total accurately reflect the supports delivered.
NDIS pricing requirements
Providers are responsible for ensuring supports claimed comply with applicable NDIS requirements and current pricing arrangements, including relevant price limits and claiming conditions.
Incomplete or incorrect invoices
If information is missing or incorrect, we may need to contact you for clarification or an amended invoice before we can process it.
