About Plan Management
Our Plan Management service helps take the stress out of managing the financial administration of your NDIS funding, allowing you to focus on your supports, goals and everyday life.
With plan management, you can choose from both registered and unregistered providers, giving you greater flexibility in how you use your NDIS funding.
Plan Management funding is included separately in your NDIS plan and does not reduce the funding available for your other approved supports. There are no out-of-pocket costs for approved Plan Management services.
Plan Management can support you by:
managing the financial administration of your NDIS funding
processing and paying approved provider invoices on your behalf
helping you monitor your NDIS budgets and funding balances
providing records and statements of your NDIS expenditure
providing information about NDIS claiming requirements and provider payment arrangements
providing information about applicable NDIS pricing arrangements and price limits where relevant
helping you understand how your funding is being used so you can maintain choice and control over your plan
Plan Managers process claims and payments in accordance with NDIS requirements. Eligibility for supports and funding is determined by the NDIS and the participant's approved plan.
