Drawing on her background in sales and marketing, Bre brings a unique blend of communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills to her role. Her attention to detail, dedication to quality, and ability to adapt to new challenges have enabled her to excel as an NDIS Plan Manager. She takes great pride in her work and is committed to delivering outstanding support to participants, providers, and their families.

Known for her friendly and approachable nature, Bre consistently goes above and beyond to ensure clients receive the highest level of service. Her can-do attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed make her an invaluable member of the team.

Outside of work, Bre enjoys being a devoted mum and spending quality time with her family. She also has a passion for crocheting and can proudly say she appeared on a reality television show at just 18 years old.

SENIOR NDIS PLAN MANAGER

Crystal is a highly valued Senior NDIS Plan Manager who has been an integral part of the First Avenue team for more than seven years, bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge, and dedication to her role.

Throughout her career with First Avenue, Crystal has developed extensive knowledge of the NDIS and a deep understanding of participant needs. Her commitment to professional development led her to complete a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, further strengthening her expertise as an NDIS Plan Manager.

With a background spanning administration, management, and customer service, Crystal brings a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to her role. She is known for her exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and unwavering commitment to achieving the best outcomes for participants. Her ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism and care has earned her the trust and respect of both colleagues and clients alike.

Passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others, Crystal consistently goes above and beyond to provide outstanding support and guidance. Her dedication, knowledge, and compassionate approach make her an invaluable member of the First Avenue team.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys walking, travelling, and spending quality time with her family.

NDIS PLAN MANAGER

Emma has been a valued member of the First Avenue team since joining in October 2022.

Originally from a small country town, Emma discovered her passion for supporting others while helping individuals explore rewarding careers within the disability sector. Her background in administration, account management, and customer service has enabled her to develop a diverse and highly effective skill set, making her an integral part of the team.

Committed to continuous professional growth, Emma has completed a Certificate III in Business, a Certificate IV in Human Resources, and, most recently, achieved the remarkable milestone of becoming an NDIS Plan Manager after completing her Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping.

Emma is passionate about delivering exceptional support to participants and providers, ensuring financial processes are managed accurately and efficiently. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and planning her next exciting travel adventure.

DIRECTOR & NDIS PLAN MANAGER

James is the Founder and Director of First Avenue, bringing together professional expertise, lived experience, and a genuine passion for empowering people to achieve their goals. Born and raised in Wagga Wagga, James established First Avenue with a vision of providing participants with greater choice, control, and confidence in managing their NDIS funding.

A graduate of Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), James is also a Member of The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. His extensive background in accounting, combined with his personal experience as an NDIS participant, has given him a unique and comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the disability sector.

James is deeply committed to helping participants maximise the benefits of their NDIS plans and achieve meaningful outcomes that enhance their independence and quality of life. His leadership, dedication, and participant-focused approach have been instrumental in shaping First Avenue's reputation for exceptional service and support.

Outside of work, James enjoys exploring his creative side, listening to music, and spending quality time with his family.

GENERAL MANAGER

Originally from Hastings, England, Tammy has called Australia home for nearly 15 years. With a diverse professional background spanning administration, early childhood education, and service as an Engineering Technician in the Royal Air Force, she brings a wealth of knowledge, adaptability, and leadership experience to her role as Operations Manager at First Avenue.

Tammy is passionate about supporting both her team and participants to achieve their full potential. Her strong organisational skills, people-focused approach, and commitment to continuous improvement help ensure First Avenue delivers exceptional service and support to those it serves.

Drawing from her personal experiences with mental health challenges and supporting a parent with a disability, Tammy has developed a deep understanding of the importance of empathy, inclusion, and advocacy. She is committed to helping reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and caregiving while fostering a supportive and understanding environment for others.

Outside of work, Tammy enjoys creating and selling handmade cat-themed products at local markets, combining her creativity with her love of all things feline. She also loves spending quality time with her husband and her three beloved cats, Frosty, Fanta, and Fifi.
